Description
Gluten-free buckwheat cous cous, 500 g, Fior Di Loto
Properties:
Pre-baked and then dried product, gluten-free. It is a source of fiber. ECO certified product
Way of ussage:
Put the couscous in a bowl and season it with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Meanwhile, boil the water with a little salt, or the soup in equal quantities with the cous cous.
Pour over the couscous and cover, letting it hydrate for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
