Description
COMPEED® hydrocolloid technology is an active gel that supports hydration. COMPEED® patches act as a second skin for:
relieves pain and pressure immediately,
protects the hallux from other abrasions,
prevents the formation of blisters and hardening of the skin.
Stay in place for a few days.
This time may vary in individual cases.
Use:
Wash and dry skin before use. Make sure the skin affected by bunions is not greasy with cream or oil.
Remove the top layer of paper, then the bottom layer, trying to avoid touching the adhesive layer.
Place the patch firmly on the bunions, making sure the edges of the patch are pressed firmly against the skin.
Leave the patch on the bunion until it starts to come off. It can stay in place for up to several days.
Replace the COMPEED® patch with a new one as often as needed.
Important information:
People with diabetes should seek medical advice before use.
Do not use on infected wounds.
Do not reuse the same patch (this could cause infection).
Never cut COMPEED® patches.
Any traces of the patch can be easily removed with a solvent (eg white spirit), please follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.
If an allergic reaction occurs, contact your primary care physician immediately.
