Way of ussage:
Instructions for cold therapy - Cold therapy is used for both acute and chronic conditions, such as musculoskeletal conditions. It helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pain.
Instructions for heat therapy - Heat therapy is recommended to relieve pain and reduce muscle spasms. It is indicated in lumbago and back pain, menstrual pain, headache caused by strain, deleted, poor circulation, muscle numbness. To heat, boil enough water to cover the compress. Take the water off the heat and put the compress in the water for 4-5 min.
Precautions:
