It is a dual-use gel compress that can be used both cold and hot. It is the recommended solution for those who prefer a natural therapy without drugs.
Instructions for cold therapy : Cold therapy is used for both acute and chronic conditions, such as musculoskeletal conditions. It helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pain.
Instructions for heat therapy: Heat therapy is recommended to relieve pain and reduce muscle spasms. It is indicated in lumbago and back pain, menstrual pain, headache caused by strain, deleted, poor circulation, muscle numbness. To heat, boil enough water to cover the compress. Take the water off the heat and put the compress in the water for 4-5 min.
Precautions : Use the product carefully to avoid tissue or nerve damage, especially in patients with diminished tactile sensation. Do not use hot or cold compress when suffering from diseases in which such treatments are contraindicated.
Caution : Do not use the product if it is damaged, always use the protective cover. Do not overheat the compress, do not use a conventional or microwave oven to heat it. Do not continue using the product, whether hot or cold, when it causes discomfort.
