Cordyceps or the Chinese caterpillar is one of the most valuable mushrooms in traditional Chinese medicine. This medicinal or vital mushroom has been used successfully for several thousand years. Dosage:

• Increased dose: 3-10 capsules per day (divided into several daily doses)
• Drink the capsules with a sufficient amount of water, at least 200 ml
