Description
Cardio-Plant tea healthy heart, 150 g, Dorel Plant
Properties:
It normalizes cardiac function, by regulating the state of excitability of some internal receptors; it relaxes and dilates the coronary arteries, thus preventing the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhages when cholesterol levels are normalized.
Composition:
Goose's sole (Leonurus cardiaca), Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna), Thymus serpyllum, Stinging nettle (Marrubium vulgare), Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica), Horse's tail (Equisetum arvense), Shepherd's wort (Capsella bursa pastoris), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis ), lemon balm (melissa officinalis), peppermint (mentha piperita), lime (tilia tomentosa)
Method of preparation:
Make an infusion of 2 tablespoons of a mixture of plants and 500 ml of water; when the water boils, add the herbs and stop cooking. leave covered for 15-20 minutes, then strain.
Administration method:
Drink two cups a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, 20-30 minutes before the meal. For a better effect, add a spoonful of hawthorn and valerian tincture to each cup of tea.
