WHITE CAMPHOR, essential oil (cinnamomum camphora), 10 ml, Sabio

Description:

White camphor essential oil has multiple benefits, being recommended for muscle pain, rheumatism, coughs, bronchitis, colds, acne, parasitic skin infections, contusions or bruises.

It can be used in several ways:
- Aromatherapy – add 2-3 drops of white camphor oil to bath water;
- Decongestant - to relieve colds and coughs, add 2-3 drops of white camphor oil to a diffuser. Alternatively, mix white camphor oil with olive oil or another vegetable oil and massage on the chest;
- Massage – a mixture of 5 drops of white camphor oil and 1 teaspoon of olive oil can help soothe tired muscles by massaging the affected area.
- Insecticide - soak a piece of cloth in white camphor oil, put it on the balcony or terrace and let it work.

Important data for the safe use of the product:
- the essential oil is a product that is not used as such on the skin, but only diluted in a vegetable oil or butter or as an ingredient in various cosmetic or aromatherapeutic preparations.
-perform a test prior to using the product, in the crease of the elbow, at least 24 hours before application;
- avoid use by hypertensive people, by pregnant or lactating women;
- the usual dosage in cosmetic preparations is 0.5-2%.
-keep well closed and keep out of reach of children.
- do not swallow. If swallowed by mistake, rinse the mouth thoroughly with milk and then drink a large glass of milk and seek immediate medical attention.
- do not get into the eyes or mucous membranes. If it gets into the eyes or a mucous membrane, rinse the area well with a sufficient amount of milk and seek the help of a specialized medical professional.
- if after applying a product containing essential oil to the skin, irritation/itching/discomfort occurs, a vegetable oil will be applied immediately to the area in question, to dilute the concentration of essential oil.

Storage : Since the essential oil does not contain fatty acids, it is not susceptible to oxidation (rancidity) like vegetable oils and butters, but additional measures must be taken to protect it from the degenerative effects of light, heat and air. Thus, it should be stored in a dark glass container, away from any heat source. If stored in the right conditions, the essential oil will maintain its qualities for a long time.
