The Microlife BP W1 Basic blood pressure monitor is an automatic blood pressure monitor for the wrist, with LED positioning indicator, which helps the patient to find the correct position of the wrist, for an accurate blood pressure measurement. The blood pressure monitor BP W1 Basic records 60 blood pressure values and is equipped with "PAD" (Pulse Arrhythmia Detection) technology for the early detection of arrhythmias, i.e. irregular heartbeats.
The accuracy of the blood pressure monitor BP W1 Basic is clinically validated by the BHS (British Society of Arterial Hypertension) protocol. It uses only two batteries, which gives it a long operation.
All Microlife blood pressure monitors have been clinically tested for special patient groups, such as those suffering from diabetes, end-stage renal disease, pregnancy and pre-eclampsia, arterial hypotension and for children (from the age of 13 years and above).
