Ingredients: lemon balm (Mellisa officinalis) 46%, chamomile flower (Matricaria cham-omilla) 20%, hop cones (Humuli lupuli) 12%, mint (Mentha piperita) 12%, passionflower plant (Passiflora incarnata) 5%, lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus) 5%. All the ingredients of the mixture are in dry form.

Contains individual ingredients per 2 bags: lemon balm 1.104g, chamomile flower 0.48g, hop cones 0.288g, peppermint 0.288g, passion plant 0.12g, lemongrass 0.12g

Recommended dose:

2 times in the evening
