The BMSS filtering half-mask with graphene class FFP2 is a certified individual protective equipment, made using ultrasonic bonding technology, without the use of glue. The innovative FFP2 class half-mask is characterized by high respiratory protection against dust, bacteria and viruses. The FFP2 standard met by a graphene mask means it captures at least 94% of airborne particles. Masks of this type are called anti-dust or anti-smog.

The BMSS face mask is a 5-layer medical device . One of these layers uses graphene's unique technology for multi-layer filtration. Graphene has a strong bacteriostatic and self-cleaning effect, keeping the inside of the mask clean for a long time. The graphene layer is responsible for four times increased protection, effectively blocking dirt and bacteria. Improved quadruple protection effectively eliminates dust and bioaerosol.

The mask is characterized by a low resistance to breathing. The product was manufactured using a 3D sponge - a hypoallergenic sponge insert that additionally protects the nose and seals the mask. The shaped stiffener around the nose is hidden in the structure to make it even more comfortable to wear. The ergonomic shape of the FFP2 filtering half-mask with rounded edges ensures wearing comfort.

Properties of BMSS half-mask filtering with graphene

The half-filtering mask has up to 5 layers for better protection and wearing comfort:

• upper layer – constitutes an antistatic barrier that repels contaminants; from polypropylene non-woven material 60 g/m ² ;
• Meltblown layer – filters at least 95% of airborne particles up to 0.6 μm in size. Thanks to this, the mask protects the respiratory tract against dust, smoke and aerosol particles and reduces the risk of virus infection. The fabric is made of high-quality materials with a very dense fabric that does not allow the passage of dust and water vapor. Captures almost 94% of air pollutants, ensuring a high level of safety. It guarantees high protection of the respiratory tract against dust suspended in the air (so-called PM 2.5 dust, which is part of smog).
• Graphene layer – captures bacteria, blocks their reproduction, ensures bacteriostatic properties and thus:
  • extends the life cycle of the mask, maintaining comfort,
  • captures and binds volatile compounds,
  • eliminates unpleasant odors,
  • increases the safety of use by preventing the formation of bacterial fog;
• buffer layer – protects the graphene filter against the effects of breathing;
• face layer – made of biocompatible, very delicate and hypoallergenic material that repels pollution. The inner cover is made of non-woven polypropylene material 30 g/m ² . It is durable and impact resistant.

The mask is odorless because its elements are connected by ultrasonic welding, without using glue. It has the CE mark, which means that the product meets the technical requirements and properly protects the respiratory system. The product does not contain latex, silicone and PVC. The filtering half-mask has a universal size that fits most head profiles. The length of the elastic bands, their adjustment and pressure can be changed with the help of the adjustment elements used. Extremely soft and comfortable ear bands do not exert pressure during use.
