It helps to protect the patient from relapses by inhibiting the proliferation of plaque on dental materials after conservative and prosthetic procedures.
Curasept Biosmalt is used for a specific biomedical application, without causing toxic effects on the biological system. It is able to chemically interact with hard dental tissues, by depositing a new mineral phase in continuity with the existing one.

Properties:

- cormula with 3 innovative functional substances based on biomimetic, biocompatible and bioactive materials contributes to the repair and remineralization of enamel and dentine;
- strongly remineralizes enamel and dentin, prevents sensitivity, prevents caries and inhibits the formation of bacterial plaque;
- the functional substances in Curasept Biosmalt have chemical, physical, morphological and mechanical properties similar to the biological structure that occurs naturally (enamel and dentin);
- in a physiological environment, these substances can stimulate processes, such as remineralization, which are similar to those that occur in the presence of a natural biological tissue.

Active ingredient:

• Mixture of biomimetic Hydroxyapatite: Partial magnesium, strontium-, Hydroxyapatite substituted with carbonate, Hydroxyapatite substituted with fluorine, Conjugated with Chitosan.
• Carbonate - produces bioavailable active ions.
• Magnesium - favors nucleation.
• Strontium - stabilizes the newly formed mineral phase.
• Chitosan - prolongs the release of active components.
• Fluoride - strengthens the newly formed mineral phase.
