Way of ussage:
Heat the bowl for 2-3 minutes in a bain marie. Rinse with cold water then remove the lid. If you are in a hurry, pierce the lid and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at 850W, then remove the foil. Stir, then check the temperature. It's ready, enjoy! Before opening, store the product in a dry place. After opening, consume immediately!

44% BIO carrot, 23% BIO sweet potato, water, 6% BIO onion, 4.5% BIO red lentils, 1% BIO extra virgin olive oil, 0.8% BIO cumin.
May contain traces of GLUTEN.
