Being rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which have a connection with a healthy heart, replacing refined sunflower oil with avocado oil will help reduce cholesterol and triglycerides.
Way of ussage:
Sprinkle on salads, or in other culinary recipes.
It is not suitable for frying, it is ideal to eat raw.
At low temperatures, avocado oil becomes more viscous.
Shake before use to homogenize it.
