The Baraka Forte food supplement contains oil extracted from Negrilica seeds (Nigella Sativa, also known as Black Cumin), a plant widely used in the Mediterranean basin and the Near East, remembered since ancient times for its beneficial properties. This oil has been traditionally used for over 2000 years to support the health of the body. At the same time, Nigella-Sativa oil helps maintain normal blood glucose levels.

Ingredients:

• Negrilica seed oil (Black Cumin or Nigella Sativa) 500 mg/capsule
• Animal gelatin capsule (bovine).

How to use:

• 2 softgel capsules per day, or as directed by a specialist consultant
• Do not exceed the dose of 4 capsules per day, unless under medical supervision.

Precautions:
