Before use, it is recommended that they are always diluted in a base (e.g. water, carrier oils). Do not administer internally without the advice of a doctor or specialist. Store in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. It is not recommended for people who have sensitive skin or are prone to dermatitis. Bath: Add 5 - 10 drops of essential oil to a bath of warm water. If your skin is sensitive, first mix the essential oil into a teaspoon of carrier oil. Close the door so that the steam does not escape. Keep your body in the water for at least 10 minutes and relax by taking deep breaths. For extra hydration, dilute the oils in 10 ml of carrier oil before adding the essential oil to the warm bath. Massage: Add 5 - 6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil. Mix well and apply liberally to the skin by gently massaging. Inhalations: Add 4 - 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapors for a few minutes. Burners and diffusers: Fill the bowl of the burner / vaporizer with water and then add 3 - 6 drops of essential oil. For burners, light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats up.
