Description
100% pure bergamot essential oil, 10 ml, Herbavit
Properties:
- it is one of the most appreciated citrus essential oils, whose top notes are similar to lemon, sweet, fresh and floral notes;
- it can be mixed with citrus and floral essential oils, but also with: coriander, ginger, juniper, sandalwood, rosemary.
- it is analgesic, antiseptic, antidepressant, cicatrizing, deodorant, febrifuge, sedative and general tonic;
- it is recommended for people who suffer from seasonal emotional disorders, anxiety and depression;
- through local washes it is a disinfectant of the urinary tract, and helps in the case of urinary infections and cystitis;
- in cosmetic treatments it can be added to face creams and lotions, and its antiseptic qualities recommend it especially to oily skins prone to acne;
- in the case of colds accompanied by febrile conditions, add no more than 3 drops to the bath water;
- for a good mood and relaxation, add to bath water or massage oil.
Active ingredients:
Essential oil of Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia).
Way of ussage:
Massage: 4-6 drops of essential oil incorporated in a vegetable oil.
Bath: 5-10 drops in bath water.
Aromatherapy: 3-5 drops mixed with water.
