Bergamot essential oil, 10 ml, Steaua Divina
The bergamot tree (Citrus bergamia) is the result of crossing the lemon tree with the orange tree. The bergamot fruit is not consumed as such, but a special oil is obtained from it that has many properties for health and in cosmetic applications
Composition:
Bergamot oil (Citrus bergamia) obtained by cold pressing from the peel of the fruit.
Actions :
Antifungal antiseptic antiviral antibacterial antiparasitic antifebrile skin regenerator purifying regulator of sebaceous gland function astringent relaxant analgesic antidepressant antibiotic decongestant antispasmodic antispastic gastric aperitif soothing cicatrizing vulnerary deodorant hormonal stimulant (increases the secretion of dopamine, serotonin, regulates the secretion of insulin, ovarian hormones) normalizes blood sugar, antidiabetic, stimulant of bile secretion and of digestive enzymes regulates the intestinal transit medium sedative digestive relaxant febrifuge vermifuge antiparasitic.
Indications:
It is useful as an adjuvant for: respiratory infections, sinuses, respiratory difficulties, anorexia, abdominal colic, diabetes, tooth decay, urinary infections, cystitis, hysteria, anxiety, depression, insomnia, addiction or impulsivity associated with smoking, drugs or alcohol, intestinal parasitic infections, constipation, febrile conditions, gonococcal infections, viral infections, candidiasis. External use: oily skin, acne, dry cracked and exfoliated skin, stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, skin infections, psoriasis, eczema, leucorrhoea, vaginal itching, infections of the oral cavity, acne, hard-to-heal wounds, capillary seborrhea, scabies, tetanus, respiratory infections, muscle pain, headaches, tension, sprains. Precautions: Bergamot oil is phototoxic and it is not recommended to expose the skin to the sun on which this oil has been directly applied, because irritation or even burns may occur in contact with light.
Way of ussage:
- Internal use: 3-4 drops in honey or milk 2-3 times a day or 2-3 drops in a tea bag, drink 3 cups of tea a day.
- External use: Inhalations - 10 drops on a paper napkin or handkerchief or 10 drops in a bowl of hot water (100 ml).
Aromatherapy - 3-5 drops inserted in approx. 30-50 ml of water through the deodorant lamp. Tablets - 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water (100 ml);
Baths - 10-15 drops in a half-filled tub, 8-10 drops in a 500 ml bowl of warm water for hands and feet;
Massage - 15-30 drops in 50 ml base oil (olive oil, argan oil, coconut oil).
Contraindications:
Epileptic pregnant women individual intolerance to bergamot.
