Aquilea Sueno is a food supplement with Melatonin (1.95 mg), Valerian, Mac-Californian and Passion-Flower, specially designed to promote a natural sleep.
Specially designed together with the Estivill Sueño Foundation, through the innovative BiCap technology.
Through this technology, the tablet has two layers that allow the release of its ingredients according to needs:
The first layer (1) has a FAST release and contains Melatonin, a substance that our body produces naturally, having a very important role at the beginning of sleep.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep, and the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.
The second layer (2) has an EXTENDED release and contains natural extracts of Valerian and Passion Flower, plants that help us fall asleep, and the Californian Mac extract contributes to optimal relaxation.
The combination of these three plant extracts contributes to increasing the quality of sleep.
