Apap ® Migraine is a triple headache! Each coated tablet of the drug combines three active substances: paracetamol, acetylsalicylic acid and caffeine in doses suitable for use in the emergency treatment of headaches and migraine attacks .
The combination of three active substances: paracetamol 250 mg + acetylsalicylic acid 250 mg + caffeine 65 mg in the drug Apap® Migraine begins to relieve migraine symptoms , such as migraine pain, within 30 minutes .
Migraine is a paroxysmal, throbbing, unilateral headache that can worsen with physical exertion. Typical symptoms of a migraine attack include headache, nausea, hypersensitivity to light and sound, and disturbances in daily functioning. Migraines can occur with or without aura. The so-called aura is a transient visual disturbance with the sensation of flashes of light, flickering spots or lines of light.

- Paracetamol ( Paracetamolum ) has analgesic and antipyretic properties, but, unlike acetylsalicylic acid, it does not inhibit platelet aggregation.
- Acetylsalicylic acid ( Acidum acetylsalicylicum ) reduces pain and fever. In addition, it also has anti-inflammatory properties.
- Caffeine ( Coffeinum ) is a mild stimulant. Increases the effect of acetylsalicylic acid and paracetamol.
Apap ® Migraine over-the-counter headache medicine is suitable for use in adults. The large pack contains 20 filmed tablets for occasional use.
