Choline – contributes to the maintenance of proper fat metabolism, therefore helping the liver function. In addition, it ensures proper metabolism of homocysteine.

Vitamin B6 – its functions include maintaining proper psychological functions, supporting the nervous system and regulating hormonal activity. In addition, vitamin B6 supports the immune system, helping to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. It plays an important role in maintaining the proper metabolism of proteins, glycogen and homocysteine.
