The use of salt
Epsom salt bath: Fill the tub with warm water and sprinkle with Epsom salt. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, there is 0.5 cup (1 dcl) of Epsom salt.
Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath . This will lead to maximum elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.
