Description
Transparent vegetable gelatin, tasteless and odorless. It is obtained from red algae. It is suitable for the preparation of cake, desserts or ASPIC. Agar has an excellent gelling capacity and keeps the shape of the cut even at higher temperatures.
Dosage
Add 5 g of agar and 25-50 g of sugar to 300 ml of water. Stir, let stand for 10 minutes, then boil for 15 minutes.
Warning
Allergens : May contain traces of gluten, soy, peanuts, crustaceans, milk and sesame.
