Description
Peruvian maca is a plant that has been used for thousands of years. It contains a large number of different minerals and vitamins.
Use:
- It is used for preparing and serving fruits and vegetables, e.g.
- Recommended dose: 2-4 capsules daily in 2 doses, in the morning and in the evening, at least 2 hours before going to bed, drink with a sufficient amount of water
- Recommended duration of treatment: continuous minimum 3 months
- It can be used long term. No significant side effects are known if the recommended daily dose is followed.

Composition
100% Peruvian Maca (Lepidium Meyenii) powder, extract 6:1. It is 6 times more concentrated extract than regular powder. This means a higher concentration of active substances and a stronger effect. The powder is purely vegetable and easily digestible. Without artificial additives, sugar, gluten, flavors, colorings and preservatives. Contains maltodextrin. Soft gelatin capsule.
