It is used in adults in the treatment of:

• Disease of the veins of the lower limbs in patients with circulatory insufficiency (the drug improves the emptying of varicose veins (varicose veins) by limiting the outflow of lymph and improving - lymphatic capillary circulation)
• Painful symptoms of the spine, especially in patients with symptoms of pressure on the spinal nerve roots
• Inflammation of tendon sheaths

Dosage

Adults: take 2 film-coated tablets (ie 40 mg) 3 times a day. For maintenance treatment, 1 tablet (20 mg) 3 times a day is usually sufficient. If the symptoms of the disease do not improve or worsen, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Warning

The drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the lack of adequate research studies. The medicine is not intended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. In patients with renal disease, the benefit-risk ratio of treatment should be considered. The medicine does not replace other preventive measures or treatment, such as bandaging the legs, using cold water or wearing support stockings (as recommended by the doctor). Due to incompatibilities, the drug should not be administered together with aminoglycosides (for example, with gentamicin) and with other antibiotics (for example, with cefaclor). The medicine contains lactose.
