Activlab ® Mass Up 3500 g is a food supplement in powder form for the preparation of a chocolate-flavored drink supplement. The formula is based on a composition of simple and complex carbohydrates and whey protein concentrate. The composition was supplemented with creatine and taurine. Mass Up Carbohydrate-Protein Complex is popularly called "mass supplement".

- Creatine occurs naturally in muscles and tendons. It owes its name to the Greek word kreas, which means flesh.
- Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide that is quickly digested in the body, thus providing energy.
Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of proper muscle function, including muscle contraction, after very intense or prolonged physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and the depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen reserves. The beneficial effect occurs when carbohydrates are consumed from all sources in the diet (with a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight). Carbohydrates should be administered within the first 4 hours after very intense or prolonged physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores, but no later than 6 hours after such exercise.
The packaging of the Activlab Mass Up 3500 g product includes a special measuring cup that allows precise dosing of the recommended portion of the product. The Activlab ® Sport chocolate cocktail is characterized by good solubility and can be prepared with both water and milk.
