Spirulina Platensis is the most popular variety of Spirulina. It is 100% pure freshwater algae, compressed into tablets using steam with no added chemicals, contains more vitamin B12 than roast beef and 11 times more calcium than cow's milk.

Spirulina contains about 60-70% protein (much more than beef, chicken or soy), 8 exogenous and 10 endogenous amino acids, high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), beta-carotene, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, vitamin B12, iron, calcium, phosphorus and nucleic acids - DNA and RNA. One package of 300 grams (15 pieces of 200 mg) is enough for 100 days of consumption of Spirulina Plantensis. Method of use: Spirulina must be consumed 3 times a day, 5 tablets each in the afternoon, immediately after the meal. The recommended daily dose is 15 tablets (3 grams). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
