Properties:
- is an essential oil helpful for those suffering from anxiety, fear, nervousness and is said to be the oil of regeneration;
- calms and strengthens the mind and body, acts as a cooling agent for the skin, is useful in cases of indigestion, nausea, migraines, depression;
- it is used to increase the degree of mental concentration and to eliminate states of fatigue or drowsiness;
- can be used in aromatherapy, in the form of massage oil, diluted in a light vegetable oil (almond, apricot, grape, fractionated cock, etc.), for inhalations in case of nausea or respiratory infections (by adding 2 drops per a napkin);
- in case of febrile conditions, a mixture of light vegetable oil and 2 drops of basil essential oil can be massaged on the solar plexus.

Ocimum basilicum oil.
Precautions:
Essential oil is a product that is not used as such on the skin, but only diluted in a vegetable oil or butter or as an ingredient in various cosmetic or aromatherapeutic preparations.
Do a pre-use test in the crook of your elbow at least 24 hours before application.
Avoid use by hypertensive people, by pregnant or lactating women.
The usual dosage in cosmetic preparations is 0.5-2%.
Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.
Do not swallow. Do not get into eyes or mucous membranes.
If irritation/itching/discomfort occurs after applying a product containing an essential oil to the skin, apply a vegetable oil to the area immediately to dilute the concentration of the essential oil.
